We were recently contacted by a new estate agent regarding an ongoing pest infestation in a block of flats that had been causing problems for some time.

Two previous pest control companies had already attended the property and carried out treatments inside the affected flats. However, the problem kept returning, and the source of the infestation had still not been identified.

The Problem

When we attended the site, it became clear that the previous treatments had focused on the internal issues within individual flats, rather than identifying where the infestation was actually coming from. Treating the inside without finding the source often only provides a temporary solution, which is why the problem kept reoccurring.
