My tenant had a sudden infestation of tiny black bugs on the walls at 3pm, so I called All Gone because I liked the name that clearly offers the solution I was after! I spoke immediately to a very helpful and knowledgeable person Dave, who booked in within less than 24 hours.
Jimi attended on the day, texted my tenant to update over traffic hold-ups, and communicated the diagnosis and treatment with me before commencing work. It was undertaken professionally and speedily, and they will come back for free if needed, though it is unheard of.
Payment was so simple: a text with a link you can easily pay online as a guest, or like me, can download the app and make an account. The entire event was impossible to improve at any point, and I would fully recommend All Gone; they clearly are a great team

We highly recommend ALL GONE pest control, we had a wasp nest up near our roof and we needed it dealt with, Jimi came to look at what needed to be done and returned the next day with Paul. The wasp nest was dealt with very quickly and the wasps have now gone.
